One of the most important things to understand is that our services are “free” to you. What I mean by “free” is that there is no additional money taken from the deal to use a buyer’s agent. If the total commission a seller agreed to pay for selling his house was 6%, than that would either be paid fully to the selling agent (if you chose to represent yourself), or 3% would go to the selling agent, and 3% would go to your buyer’s agent.
